To the Doctor:
What is the correct tire pressure for a 2004 Chrysler 300M with 225/55-R17 tires?
The Doc Says:
The correct tire inflation pressure for your vehicle can be located in one of three places:
1. A tire information placard/certification label that notes the tire's size and "cold" inflation pressure can be usually be found on the edge of the driver's door or the door post, where it is attached vertically (meaning you'll have to turn your head sideways to read it—fun!).
2. The label may also be found inside the glove box or the trunk lid on some older cars (though yours is new enough it shouldn't qualify).
3. Inside the owner's manual (which is a pain if you can't find it).
If it were me, I'd check the label on the door, as it should have the correct recommended tire inflation pressures. Just make sure that you check/inflate the tires when they are "cold", or before you've driven your car more than a few miles. This will give the most accurate reading.
